(Kinderhook, NY – May 14, 2014) — Kinderhook Bank Corp., (OTCQB:NUBK) the holding company for The National Union Bank of Kinderhook and Kleeber Insurance Services, announced the appointments of Jennifer K. Harvey, Esq. and Nancy Patzwahl, CPA to the Board of Directors.
Harvey is an attorney and partner with the law firm of Couch White, LLP and is a member of the firm’s construction, commercial litigation and government contracts practice groups. In addition to the legal and business expertise Jennifer brings to the Board, she is community-focused and has served on the Board of Directors of COARC for more than a decade, as well as volunteering as a coach for the Albany Special Hockey Team. Jennifer received her law degree from Albany Law School magna cum laude where she was Executive Editor for Lead Articles for the Albany Law Review.
Patzwahl is a CPA and partner with the firm Pattison, Koskey, Howe & Bucci, CPAs, PC and has over two decades of experience dealing with Estate, Trust and Gift Taxation. After college, she began working at KPMG, LLP where she supervised the audits of major financial institutions. Nancy is a licensed insurance agent, is a member of the AICPA and NYSSCPA, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Columbia- Greene Community College, where she served as Chair from 1995-2010.
